After Mike brings Sarah to Ed's dressed a pirate, Ed pulls out a ten. Mike wins the ten by showing up at a neighbour's door in the pirate outfit. (From (4.6)'The Offer')
At the Stuckeybowl "Goodbye Carol & Ed" party, Mike bets a potential friend, Mitch, to stick his head into a full punch bowl. Mitch refuses, so Mike goes ahead and puts his own head into the bowl. After Mitch bolts, Ed places a ten on the counter. (From (4.7)'Goodbye Stuckeyville')
At a beautifully decorated house, Ed bets Mike to sing with a group of festive carolers. Mike wins the ten with his 'singing', causing the singers to stop and cracking up Ed, Molly and Nancy. (From (4.11)'Home For Christmas')
Although we don't get to see the beginning of the bet, we do see Mike and Ed sitting at Stuckeybowl, with Ed's face covered with a facial mask. When Ed asks Mike if he can remove it,  Mike replies that it must remain on for 18 minutes to win the ten.  (From (4.14)'Hidden Agendas')
At the Stuckeybowl wedding reception, Mike, standing on a table, pulls his pants down to reveal the phrase "Mazel Tov" printed on his backside. Ed hands him a ten but we find out that the bet was actually Carol's idea . (From (4.17) 'Happily Ever After')
