The Variety Magazine Ad A number of Ed fans, including this site, have banded together to help pay for a large full-page ad to be published in the February 20 daily issue of Variety Magazine, the trade magazine of the entertainment industry. The idea behind the ad is to rally support to have NBC renew the show for a fifth season, and of course to congratulate and thank the creators, writers, cast and crew for the four wonderful seasons they have so far created for our enjoyment.
